Balcony 01

Parkway built this new balcony off of the master bedroom of this two story home. A window was removed and a set of French doors installed in its place. This standard baclony was finished with Trex Transcend Lava Rock decking, Stainless Cable Railing and has spiral staircase for ground floor access.
