Balcony 02

This balcony was built onto he rear of this home, offering additional outdoor space and access via a new patio door off of the master bedroom as well as a spiral staircase to the patio below. The balcony allows for expanded views of the surrounding landscape, not attainable before the project. The balcony is finished with Trex Select Saddle composite decking and aluminum and stainless cable railing.
