Balcony 03

Parkway replaced a simple patio cover with an entirely new custom balcony offering hundreds of square feet of additional living space. The balcony was built with massive concrete footings and wrapped steel columns set into the patio. The decking surface is a stamped concrete overlay and the stairs are built from pre-cast concrete. The guard rail is custom built painted steel. Underside ceiling is soffited with T&G and includes lighting and fans.
