Balcony 05

This client worked tirelessly on early design ideas and chose Parkway to help bring them to life. Our scope included a new custom balcony supported by steel columns and an engineered beam, retaining the view from the patio out to the new spa and pool area. The balcony is finished with a matching stucco hard lid ceiling, stamped concrete overlay deck and custom steel infilled railings.
