Parkway built this combination balcony and patio cover onto the back of this two story home. Key elements include steel columns wrapped in wood, Trex Transcend Tiki Torch decking, Trex Transcend Railing and new patio doors on the first and second floor. The balcony also includes the Trex RainEscape system and a T&G soffit ceiling. Patio cover is open beam rough sawn Doug Fir with matching tile roof.
