Balcony 07

This balcony was built onto the side of the home following WUI (wildfire) requirements. The main structure including the floor joists consist of large Rough Sawn Doug Fir timbers and is finished with Trex Select in Saddle and Wild Hog railing infill. A new spiral staircase was also installed.
