Balcony 09

This balcony was re-built and expanded to offer a larger area of coverage on the recently remodeled patio below. A Trex Rain Escape drainage system was installed during the project which allows for a dry space beneath the balcony and the option to finish off the underside with a Tongue and Groove ceiling. The top side of the deck was covered with gray Castle Gate TimberTech Advanced PVC decking from their Landmark collection and a new railing was built using Timbertech's premier composite railing system in the color black. Finishing touches included LED lighting on the railing posts and craftsman style PVC post wraps by Azek.
