For this hallmark project, Parkway was entrusted with the restoration of a weathered balcony deck. Along with enhancements in design and safety, several new features were incorporated to ensure the clients can enjoy this beautiful space year-round, regardless of the weather. Key additions include composite decking, sleek cable railings, a tongue-and-groove ceiling, and custom motorized screens.
