Our customer was looking to add a new sitting area in a private corner of their yard that would incorporate a new spa and ground level deck. For the new spa, Parkway Construction installed a new concrete pad and power supply for the spa and deck lighting. Two existing windows adjacent to the deck were removed and a new patio door was installed in their place, allowing direct, easy access from the house and a nearby restroom. Once the spa was delivered, Parkway constructed the deck, wrapping three sides of the unit while still incorporating removable deck sections for maintenance. Benches were built around the perimeter of the deck with underside lighting and power outlets. The deck is finished in Trex Transcend Rope Swing and Vintage Lantern.",
