Parkway Construction was hired to replace and expand a series of decks and balconies on this lake front home. After carefully dismantling the existing structures, new footings were placed, ledgers installed and multiple levels of decks and stairs constructed. The upper level decks included Trex Rain Escape rainproofing systems and finished T&G ceilings. A new sunken spa was placed inside the main level deck and recessed wall accents were added to Trex cladding. Trex Transcend Island Mist, white Transcend Railings and LED lighting completed the design.",
