This new home was in need a safe, permanent and stylish from entry. Parkway installed all new footings, a substructure built from pressure treated lumber and a single full length step. The entire porch was covered with Timbertech composite decking and trim from their legacy collection in the color Pecan. This decking has a nice variegated color tone and a hand scraped texture that will look as good as the day it was finished for decades to come.
