Deck 17

Parkway was asked to replace an old, rotted, ground level deck that has succumb to its subpar construction and years of weather. As part of the project, new footings and an all new pressure treated substructure was built within the outline of the old configuration. The new deck was covered with Trex Transcend series composite decking in the color Lava Rock. Additionally a matching storage bench was built to house an electrical feed and the customer's outdoor sound system.
